I personally understand this PR. Being a 20 year veteran in Trucking. With NAFTA, our borders with Canada and Mexico are open. Alot of mixed emotions concerning NAFTA with American truckers. It is very time consuming for Americans to cross borders. If there are any problems the Canadians will impound your Truck and Trailer. What I find significant in the PR is that PRAV is working with Canadian and American officals. This indicates a broad solution to the security of transportation in North America. Brazil has the highest rate of Hi-jacking in the world. Without trucks the business world stops. Everything is delivered by trucks. Greg
