Anthrax Letters Likely Sent by Angry Male Loner, FBI Says

They have concluded that the sender probably avoids human contact, and has a job that keeps him away from people; that he avoids confrontation but harbors grudges that he prefers to settle long distance. He may have used the mails before to threaten or harass, officials theorized.
