With 1 gb CF cards about to enter the market, I'm looking forward to the time when people will be able to buy a laptop computer with two CF slots, one for the system and related extensions, and the other for applications and application files. The laptop will also contain a CD-RW, allowing users to dump CF files into a CD archive for longer term storage. The end product will have a much longer battery life than present models that still depend on a hard drive for their principal storage capability. This doesn't mean that SNDK shares will recover in the near future, but it does look promising for the long haul. Art
