Will Earnings get this company discovered? Institutional ownership is almost non existent. Most likely due to the low stock price and offering through an IPO (unknown & uncovered). Being an Amex stock (Lack of liquidity, low shares outstanding, also doesn't help. Just maybe the next earnings report can get some mico cap Institutional buying interest to get some much needed exposure. I expect to still see some more insider selling as they diversify their holdings, (cashing in of lower priced options) but the founders still retaining a major interest to avoid a hostile takeover. Witch IMO- it would be a strong candidate if not for founders ownership. Once this company develops a proven track record that it can generate consistent results. I see this trading at 10 a year from now, as being a realistic target. I was unaware of the warrants till Chris pointed them out to me earlier on. This could lead to some future dilution depending on the potential shares outstanding on the warrants issued, and the exercising of in the money warrants. This also could be a good place for the company to remove dilution if they buy warrants in the open market with any excess generated cash. Witch IMO-is more likely if the stock price stays stagnant while earnings continue trending up.
