Steve,

I know you're not a stockbroker, etc. but it seems (to me) that it doesn't matter what you say... you always manage to interpret it as "I said so".

Example: "floor is still 18-19 it hit in 1995, it "might" not do that".

The way I read this is that you're exactly positioned for another I humbly told you so..... I guess it's called liberal use of the words might, could, may, etc.

No bone to pick just an observation.
