I'm not real thrilled about it myself. A client of mine works for the US Department of Transportation in a position involved with the airline bailout - on Friday she told me that flying is safer than ever due to the air marshalls flying on flights - she said all flights but I think that's not accurate - definitely all flights out of Reagan, but we fly out of Dulles.

The kids and I were going to fly to Louisiana for Christmas - one more of these and I won't go - assuming that United makes it. They've already changed our flight to another time.
