At 12 noon .. Equity P/C = 0.78 or so.

That's cumulative for the day, I was referring Zeev-style <g> to the latest period and to the improving P/C sentiment pre-lunch.

OTOH, the 11-11:30 EST period had an equity P/C of almost 2.0, so the CBOE data may be flaky in timing the reporting of equity puts versus calls..
