Recent article which might be of some interest... the-scientist.library.upenn.edu It is favorable to CHRX and others in this field. You might be interested in the SEPR and CELG boards for other comments. Note that CTAL bought Glaxo Wellcome's Greenville, NC facility. CTAL, however, as best as I can tell based on limited information so far, looks a little pricey compared to CHRX.
