Linux is mind boggling (for me at least). I don't suppose that might be because you went straight to www.kernel.org, the nerdiest Linux site you could dream up, in order to see how complex you could find Linux to be? For that matter, could it be that you're not really using a 28.8 modem as you claim, and that you just presented your lame straw-man "Linux is too expensive to buy and too big to download" argument to make the (obvious) point that Linux costs more than $0.00 and takes more than 0 seconds to install?
