BTW, it was Pataki who said the plane dumped fuel, not Rudy, thank goodness, because I think he's going to have egg on his face. I am reading reports that Airbus 300 can't dump fuel.

I think Grey Davis and Pataki are exhibiting "Rudy envy." Rudy is so cool, he makes it look easy. Governors, don't try this at home. Leave it to the trained professionals, you'll just get hurt. ;^D
