Imagis Begins Trading On The OTCBB - Symbol IGSTF
Vancouver, Canada, March 28, 2000 - Imagis Technologies Inc. (the "Company") announced its common shares have commenced trading on the Over-The-Counter Bulletin Board® (symbol IGSTF) effective March 28, 2000.
On August 9, 1999, Imagis' Registration Statement on Form 10-SB under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, became effective and on January 7, 2000 the Company cleared comments on its Registration. As a result, Imagis is now a public reporting Company in the United States.
