Hi Raymond Duray; Re the rural and urban being conservative and liberal, respectively. I believe that this is almost a human constant. I can't think of a case where it didn't apply, and I can think of a lot where it did. Even in the dreams of the Communists, the facts were that the urban proletariat listened to them a lot more than the rural did.
