Right. I just want to point out to you that I didn't consider Amazon's model to be "extremely profitable" or whatever you said I posted in that regard.
Amazon is the pioneer. Pioneering is never linear. I have told you repeatedly that I believe that Amazon will survive, will be the dominant e-tailer, and will morph and adjust over time which it has.

Bill,

I do not have time to go back through the archives this time of year. Let's just say you were of the opinion that Amazon has a terrific business model. You spoke on numerous occasions about how their expenses would be lower due to no "debt" for expensive leases. You even explained to me how you figure leases are debt. You talked about how great the negative cash flow cycle was and how that would translate into a far better return on invested capitol. You stated that Barnes and Noble had never turned out free cash due to the cost of opening new store. You stated, once Amazon was done with their huge distribution center build out and their land grap, they would throw off a ton of free cash. Throughout a variety of posts you basically were saying Amazon was the retailing of the future. They were a force to recon with and Wal-Mart even should be concerned about them.

Feel free to deny these statements all you want. I can only tell it like I read it. I told you that you were correct about the near term stock price. Congratulations! For you to say now all you said was Amazon would morph and adjust over time is pure and bullsh*t. The dominent e-tailer statement is even funny at this point. I never thought I would have to prove what you said two years ago. I assumed all I had to do was to show how Amazon's model failed and that the plan did not unfold as you expected.

You ought to really go back and read what you typed and look at reality. If you are going to stick to the above comment about morph and dominent and leave it go at that, you are about as two faced as anyone I have ever seen. It takes a lot to make me post a comment that is extremely negative. I sit back and think about what the other person was thinking and try to react in a civil and polite fashion. Unfortunately, I can't reconcile your above comments with you posted opinions on Amazon at all. You were simply wrong and as you always called me, clueless too. You are still clueless or are not emotionally strong enough to admit you missed the fundamentals here by 180 degrees. I told you I found the actions of the Amazon insiders disgusting. You stated it their intentiones were in the right place and life is not fair. The reason you do not consider their actions disgusting is you are as disgusting if not more disgusting than they. I have nothing further to say about the issue. I have one last question. Is filing chapter 11 and re-emerging under a different model simply morphing? Go for saying yes now because that will be what you will be saying this spring.
