SSB had always been negative on CIEN. A switch to neutrality now, to me, sounds like an endorsement. :-) Trimming 10% of personnel off their current workforce is the result of consolidating manufacturing resources, not a reduction of productivity. The SSB analyst(s) mostly likely have never been in managerial positions to appreciate these operational issues. Sigh. CIEN is starting an upward move with today's announcement. Ibexx
