John. Good post & article. Cut and pasted it over on the SD II board. Decided to stand aside on ENE. It might work. But my read is there are just too may things that could go wrong. Nobody really knows what their "off balance sheet" liabilities are at this point. Looks like a pig in a poke.<g> IMHO there's some safer opportunities out there. Isopatch
