Kabul is a symbolic victory, but it wasn't the taliban stronghold. Another thing is that if the market rallies on a win in afghanistan, I think that there will be a big surprise when the US moves to the next target.

And now that things are not looking good for the Taliban, we may see more desperate moves on their part. I think that right now is the worst time to get complacent.
