Accelrys Consortium Strengthened By Agreement With Pfizer
PRINCETON, N.J., Nov. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Accelrys, a subsidiary of Pharmacopeia, Inc. (Nasdaq: PCOP - news), announced today that Pfizer Inc. has joined Accelrys' High Throughput Crystallography (HTC) Consortium. The Consortium is an international research project that develops new software for protein/drug structure determination. The addition represents the first international multi-site agreement between Accelrys and Pfizer. Sites joining are Sandwich (UK), Groton, Ann Arbor, and La Jolla in the US.

Seven new members have recently joined the Consortium, and now, with the addition of Pfizer, the total membership has grown to thirteen companies.
