Hi Tim, ...great post. I certainly agree with you. I was talking with an investment banker at Simmons and
Company last night with a few other people and it was suggested that a few of the "perps" running the ENE
financial shell game probably belonged in Jail....... and he agreed.

1) Chairman. Imagine releasing earnings and not mentioning the restatement.

The Chairman also had the famous utterance back in the March Quarter... when he was asked about some
of the financial transactions taking place with some of the limited partnerships... he said

"Whoa, that's way over my head" !!
