AV/Patrick,

I'm still hanging around although not posting as much. When I do post it's usually either on one of two threads which I started years ago.

The first thread deals with Investment Chatboard Lawsuits (see: siliconinvestor.com. I suppose I was kind of a pioneer in that regard, having been sued three times-- yet, luckily, never having to pay a single dollar in legal fees, meet with my lawyer, nor spend a day in court. I figured it might be fun to keep track of other similar lawsuits as I could count them on one hand. Now there are more than 200 of them. Who knew?

The other thread deals with the December 4, 1998 murder of Yale Senior Suzanne Jovin (see: siliconinvestor.com. I was a childhood friend of the guy, a Yale professor, who the police early on called their prime suspect-- despite not having a shred of evidence or even a motive that implicated him in any way, shape, or form. The most recent revelation, which came a few weeks ago and almost three years since the murder, is that DNA taken from Jovin's fingernail scrapings does *not* match that of the professor. Add to that that the former head of the investigation is standing trial for withholding evidence in another high profile murder, and the emergence of other evidence that was apparently withheld in this case, and you can see why I and others are outraged at the entire situation.

As for CSGI, I, for fun, checked them out a few days ago. Guess who just took over the company? Give up? Howard Baer! Just a matter of time before you know who shows up on that thread over on RB.

Lastly, I'm not doing much with the market these days. I don't really follow too many stocks except dubious ones. For a while I was checking out GENI, but then the SEC shut them down. Darn. "Bad luck" seems to follow me around (g).

Hope all is well where you and Patrick are. My advice to both of you is to stay on the golf courses and out of the post offices. :)

- Jeff
