Nov 18 we got a meteor shower coming our way. <ggg>
Hope its clear.

The Leonid meteor shower is due to hit on the morning of
November 18th for North America. Most likely times: 5 a.m.
or just before dawn in the Eastern time zone, 4 a.m. Central
time, 3 a.m. Mountain, 2 a.m. Pacific. Rates could reach
hundreds or possibly even more than 1,000 meteors per
hour. An even stronger burst of Leonids may arrive about 8
hours later, around 17:00 to 18:30 Universal Time November
18th, when Australia and the Far East will have the view.
See the November Sky & Telescope, page 109, for the full
story, or our brief summary online.

These meteors, called Leonids because
they appear to radiate from the
constellation Leo (the Lion), will signal the
collision of Earth with streams of
fast-moving dust particles shed by Comet Tempel-Tuttle.
