Once again flappy you just plain state a lie. North never lied to congress when he testified. He was candid and he was given a grant of immunity. For his truthful testimony he was charged and convicted and later the court ruled that you don't give immunity and then try someone. Aiding in the obstruction is not lying. If someone lies under oath then the immunity deal is off. He withheld information from those who did testify. And I have no idea what question was not answered.
