Not getting any hopes up, but not dismissing out-of-hand the chance to hold some people accountable.

Had I known the stranglehold WCOM had over MCOM, which forced MCOM to piss away a billion dollars in an inefficient manner, yet not trigger WCOM's selling of the service, I would not have invested in MCOM.

Certainly, had we been told back in March that WCOM simply 'changed its mind' and wanted out, and would not sell the service, I would have unloaded the shares I held.

Even as late as a few days before filing bankruptcy, the interim CEO (Derrickson of Vulcan Ventures) simultaneously stonewalled investor questions at the shareholders meeting and reported encouraging results from the test marketing of single GSA pricing in the San Diego market. The liquidation folks and bankruptcy attorneys were already hired at that point in time, and this was never divulged either.

Much information was withheld from shareholders.
