AV, lawsuit #2 was Amazon Natural Treasures (AZNT, now ANTD). They claimed to have a cream preventative for AIDS, a cure for baldness, and a gum that fought cavities. The SEC has since nailed them on a number of things but the company continues to operate. When they sued me they even introduced into evidence a post from SI that they had blatantly doctored. The court eventually ruled AZNT had no jurisdiction over me in a NV court being that I was from CT, so tossed out the case and never addressed my accusations of fraud. AZNT never bothered to refile in CT.

Lawsuit #3 was bizarre. Recall at one point CSGI did a toxic convertible deal with Thomson-Kernaghan and the price plummeted. Our friend Tech/Shawn went after those guys on the Yahoo CSGI thread, documenting, accurately, how these guys had done the same to other companies. TK sued Tech for that post-- and anyone who reposted the message, be it on Yahoo or SI. I ended up, somehow, being listed in the lawsuit as AKA Shawn Murphy (how ironic). I called the lawyer and he said they'd remove me. They never did, but eventually the case settled and that was that.
