Weve bounced off 28.50 3X in a week where the markets have been up substantially. As I said the other day a catalyst(Kabul) would compell the complacency and make everyone believe that the war was the real reason the market had gone down, not valuation's. This should be happening as we speek, and by dec-jan the bulls will be frothy again.
