There was another release as well. The CEO stated that they are adopting a shareholder rights plan to try and prevent a hostile takeover bid. He said he is not aware of any such bids but I am sure something caused them to do this. He said that the stock is way undervalued and that the potential of their marlet is very big. With the low price and a possible big influx of revenues I am sure a lot of people might be looking to take them over. The stock closed going higher in a bad market. It had traded in the 10 dollar range not that long ago and I think it could get there, with some bumps along the way at 7. That's where some resistance lies. But I think we'll see that in the next 2-3 days. Look for a gap up tomorrow and a continuing uptrend.
