2:49PM Corning Inc (GLW) 7.90 +0.20 (+2.6%): During their UBS Warburg Global Telecom Conference presentation, GLW indicated that carrier utilization rate was about 70%, which was lower than expected. Continues to look for demand to stabilize slightly in Q3 and get modestly better in Q4.
