I speculate from time-to-time, but I do not consider it a sound investment strategy -- which is why your handful of highly correlated speculative stocks can only be called a "diversified portfolio" in your dictionary of "Billisms". For those of us who speak plain English, it is not a portfolio, but rather a risky bet that is likely to cost you 80% of your "investment".
