Positives for the market.

Monetary policy:
1.) Fed easing interest rates. Currently at 2% Fed Funds rate.
2.) Fed providing liquidity by increasing money supply.

Fiscal policy:
3.) Elimination of 30 year T-bond. Which leads to lower long term interest rates.
4.) Mortgage rates are low from Fed actions and elimination of 30 year bond. Another round of refinancing is occuring, providing another stimulus to public.
5 & 6.) Congress working on spending bill and tax cut bill to stimulate economy.

Other positives:
7.) No inflation. Lower energy prices provides consumers with more buying power.
8.) Sudden and swift victory on the war front.
9.) Big money on the sidelines. Stock market only promising return on money.

The Big Negatives:
1.) Additional terrorist attacks.
2.) Prolonged and costly war.
3.) Consumers pull in spending.
