Check out this logic:

Check Point Sftwr (CHKP) 38.51: JP Morgan upgrades to BUY from LT Buy and raises price target to $50, or 40x firm's 2002 estimate; thinks risks are mainly behind CHKP; Q4 off to a good start, with bookings back to pre-Sept 11 levels.

Amazing - 40 times 2002 estimates. MSFT's at a PE of 57-58; peaked at 70 in early 2000. Pure liquidity-driven madness. We've finally embarrassed the Weimar Republic.
