"Too late to buy, too early to sell".

If one is on the sidelines in cash, it is difficult to buy at this point in time. Next 100 points on the NASDAQ have equal likelihood of being down as up. On the other hand, if one is holding long positions bought much earlier in this rally, no reason to sell; may as well until market begins to show weakness once you are sitting on a nice profit cushion.
