RS, a question if I may. Maurice and others have long argued that G* should be sold by VOD as "complementary" to
cell - ie filling in the gaps.

Certainly in Brasil, the gaps must be huge. Can't think of a place where selling cell plus G* would have a more
dramatic effect on coverage. Now that Vesper is pretty much all in QCOM's hands, are you seeing, or do you expect
to see, Vesper begin to push G* as complementary?

Truth is I'm too lazy to figure out who G*'s current partner is in Brazil. If it isn't Vesper, then probably doesn't matter.
Still, with QCOM lurking in the wings this would seem to me as good an opportunity as any to test the theory. Ought
to be good for both carriers - G* and Vesper. Certainly Vesper, now on verge of BK, can't do any worse.

TIA.
