Hi Roger

And if such a buy out by SI posters were to happen, how would the "buyers" handle the employee's benefit share options? There are such options out there now with an exercise price of over $100.

The math is very wicked from either prospective. INSP trading now at $1-$2, option price for employee....$100. I know that INSP has offered it's employees a new conversion option which is IMO is designed to remove this wicked math from "any" equation.

I dont think I recall any company doing something that could equate to a reverse split using employee benefit options.
