I really have no idea.
My only guess would be that maybe the market's reasoning is something along the lines that most analysts were bullish on IDEC's prospects as they saw them reflected in the potential success of C2B8.
Didn't seem many had ever counted much, at this early date, on potential CE9.1 revenues.
With the Phase III for CE9.1 temporarily suspended, but C2B8 full-steam ahead... maybe some don't care much about CE9.1.
I just can't figure it out.
