well it also helps when those executives have been allowed to monopolize the media and can count on Mr. Bubble Bucks whenever they want. I was shocked the other day when my 82 year old mother (not at her peak mental capacity) suddenly asked out of the blue "so are they just going to keep printing and printing money? Then money really isn't worth anything". Wheelbarrows of rubles come to mind...
