Let's remember that there are citizen's rights and there are others who are for the most part here illegally. this distinction is often not considered when speaking of rights. The courts have been too lenient with illegals when nothing in the Constitution says anything about giving rights to illegals. Rights go with duties. What legal duty does any illegal owe to this country? Are they subject to the draft, must they pay taxes, etc.
