I have a driver's license, a passport, numerous credit cards, a bank account, a brokerage account, a son in high school, annual IRS filings, a social security card, and Lord knows what else. Anyone who wants to find me can do so pretty easily. I cannot see that the National ID hurts, and if it will expedite keeping track of who is a citizen and who is not, well, I have no immediate objection. I am still waiting for someone to show me that it makes a big difference to the potential for serious privacy invasion.......
