Go thru San Fran onto 280 South.
From 280 turn right onto 92 West; go to Hwy 1 in Half Moon Bay. (If you get wet, you went too far ;-))
Hwy 1 south for ?10-13 miles. Beach entrance is ~200 yards after where 84 turns left off of 1.
It's $5 to park in the lot, if you're early enough to get a space.
