That is a complete lie.

Intel's Pentium 4 hits 2 GHz - and where do YOU COME up with some COCKAMAMY STAGE CPOUNT criteria?

The issue is PROCESS - and the ALUMINUM PROCESS WORKS FOR INTEL at 2 GHz.
