Have you ever seriously annulaized your rate of return over ALL you are supposedly watching and
plucking pennies from, and included your total investment costs in your calculations? Like commissions,
pestering long distance phone calls,
travel expenses (per diem or actual),
newsletter subscriptions costs,
time on various e*groups (I'll be generous...how about someone with your experience being worth, oh, say "$125 per hour") for your research and/or posting time,
software and hardware amortization costs,
utilities,
real time data feeds,
opportunity costs,
30 day treasury rates based on Libor,
etc?
I'd be willing to bet you do this as either a bored retiree hobby or a tax loss as some Canadian Tundra Baron...
