 SAN DIEGO, Nov 14, 2001 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- American Fire Retardant Corp. (OTCBB:AFRC) Announces Today -- The arrival of the new patented, FYBERIX(TM) 2000-V which, for the first time, will soon be available to the consumer market.
 
 With the simple spray though an aerosol can, the consumer can now flame retard, disinfect, and repel spills, anti-soiling and biocidal agent for use on upholstery fabrics, carpets/rugs, bedding, draperies, textile wall coverings and most other porous materials.

 As a FIRE RETARDANT: Greatly reduces the possibility of flamespread. Properly treated items will not support combustion and afterglow is eliminated for the safety of homes, and life.
 
 As a DISINFECTANT: Contains VIBAX(TM) 300DD, a widely tested, EPA registered and completely safe anti-microbial that bonds to fabrics and non-porous materials. It is an extremely effective inhibitor of bacterial, viral and fungal growth, and neutralizes the odors they cause. It is also effective in curbing the proliferation of dust mites and their larvae.
 
 As a SOIL AND STAIN RELEASE: It makes for easier clean up on most spills. Items can be air-dried and product is invisible after curing.
