Agreed. The speculative value of this company hinges on the success it has with its lawsuit, nothing more. It apparently has a legitimate case and if successful, the share price should be at many multiples of where it is now. I hold a free position in the company after buying lower and selling higher a few times. Wouldn't mortgage the house or even sell the cat, but putting a little spec money on it hasn't been a bad bet so far.
