Certainly there would have to be a fundamental change for it to trade down to $10 or $13. Thats what I am looking for, a fundamental change, TEMPORARY in nature, caused by capital budget constraints of telco's, ushering in a big selloff, in which I can buy, and wait for the next fundamental change to occur in due time which should be capital budget expenditures from pent up and delayed demand.
