Listen to the CC to get the discussion on the matter. They're likely to go to market in the not too distant future, but are trying to wait till the stock price rises so the dilution is minimized. They had $2-3mm on hand at the end of the Q.

A nice run here wouldn't hurt, but with their IP position, it's not too hard for them to raise money. Were they to go under, the patents for wearables could become a mess in the court system. I don't think their major partners would allow that to happen, thus delaying the development for the intermediate future.
