Deutsche Telekom and France Telecom, the leading communications providers in Europe, are expected to order Innovia's XDSL systems, which facilitate high-speed Internet transmission over existing copper telephone wires. Each company is expected to place a $100 million order, most of which is slated for delivery next year.
