I have no idea whether there was provocation, of course. I don't care to argue about it, either. I merely wanted to suggest that the insult was over the top, without getting bogged down. As for "trying": well, some people find posts that ridicule them mercilessly, or are dripping with sarcasm, offensive. Human nature, I guess.......
