Militarily perhaps, but not necessarily economically. (Why only one "L" in 'militarily' and 'necessarily' but two "L"s for economically?).

Now this:

Wall Street Journal, November 14, 2001, p. A17:

"Swiss banking regulators said they ordered the dismissal of the manager of the Swiss branch of Bank Leumi le-Israel this summer for violating money-laundering laws in accepting funds linked to former Peruvian spy chief Vladimiro Montesinos. The manager resigned September 15. There was no immediate comment from Bank Leumi."
