This is Say's Law and an important part of the supply side of the equation.

I feel the whole approach of how to stimulate is wrong. I would contract money supply and increase interest rates to cause stimulation.

Right thinking is to let the markets determine rate of interest and to maintain a constant growth rate of money at some quite arbitrary rate. Interest rates are abstract. Money isn't.

You have to be careful about taking the other side of wrong policy in order to bring about right results. It's just another form of pretense to knowledge.
