SUNW does not show the classic H&S pattern. It has rallied on weak volume but it has consolidated on the way up to where it is. I would not treat it as a H&S top. Of course, this does not mean it will go up or down - it just means it's not predictable.

A good H&S will have a big rally after a good runup on high volume followed by a pullback, then an even higher rally followed by a dip that should be below thte top of the first rally - then there will be a third rally on WEAK volume that fails to reach the height of the second rally. Watch the chart now and if the next dip penetrates a trend line drawn through the two lowest points of the dips and closes about 5% below this line - you've got a H&S. Look at VTSS chart and it will be clear.
