Pffft! Gum Tech/Swedish Match -2: All R&D, Mfg Pacts Ceased PHOENIX Gum Tech International Inc. (GUMM) and tobacco company Swedish Match AB (SWMAY) agreed to terminate their worldwide nontobacco nicotine products joint venture formed in June 2000. There were no monetary exchanges between the parties. Gum Tech said in a press release Wednesday it received a perpetual, worldwide, royalty free, fully transferable license to use intellectual property developed for the venture. Drug delivery technology company Gum Tech said all research and development and production contract between the companies ceased. Company Web site: gum-tech.com
