Why not high-quality preferreds?

Not sure about the bottom - every analyst on CNBC is calling this the bottom. Would have preferred just one sign back in September - closing TRIN of 3-4 or higher, a 90% down or up day. None of the above, when bottoms almost always have at least one of the three.
